1 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
2 DECLARATION OF INTERESTS
Members to declare any disclosable pecuniary interest or non-pecuniary interest which they have in any item of business on the agenda, the nature of that interest, and in respect of disclosable interests, to leave the meeting prior to the discussion of that item.
Whilst the Clerk can advise on the Code of Conduct and its interpretation, the decision to declare, or not, is the responsibility of the Parish Councillor, based on the particular circumstances.
3 RESCISSION OF DECISION NOTICE
3.1 To consider a Rescission of Decision Notice submitted by Councillors Chris Baker, Chris Nickson and Alan Gresty in accordance with Standing Order No. 10 of the Parish Council’s Standing Orders.
For ease of reference a copy of the Standing Orders and Financial Regulations is enclosed as it is understood that some of the newer Councillors may not have received these.
The Notice requires the Parish Council to review its decision in respect of the budget for 2021-2022.
3.2 To aid discussion, the following documents are enclosed. These have been revised subsequent to the meeting held on 24 November 2020.

3.3 Audit Report – Outstanding Actions
The Parish Council is asked to take this opportunity to review the outstanding recommendations in the Internal Auditor’s report 2019-2020 (copy enclosed). These are specifically:
| 1 | The Council failed to comply with Reg. 15 which required publication of the exercise of public rights to inspect the accounts during 2018-2019. | Acknowledged. This was rectified for the 2019-20 accounts. |

| 1 | Reserves in excess of 200% of the precept. | The explanation for this is provided in the report (item 3.2 above) and an extract of the Minutes of 16 January 2018 is enclosed. |
| 2 | Fixed asset register | This can be submitted to the Parish Council at its January 2021 meeting. |

| No contract of employment for the Clerk | This can be submitted to the Parish Council at its January 2021 meeting. |
4 PLANNING APPLICATION
The Parish Council is invited to comment on the following planning applications by
